A sensible split
Brushing and skimming are ten minutes and no skill. Balancing chlorine, pH, alkalinity and stabiliser is the part that goes wrong expensively, and it is the part we take.
What we still check
Filter pressure, the pump's run time and the water level, because all three change what the chemistry needs.
Everything else we do
Weekly pool cleaning
Brushed, skimmed, baskets emptied and the chemistry balanced every week.
Filter clean & service
Cartridges or grids pulled, cleaned and re-seated, and the pressure checked.
Re-screening
New mesh in an existing cage, panel by panel or the whole thing.
New screen enclosure
A new cage over the pool, sized from your own water line and deck.
Pool deck resurfacing
A new textured surface over the deck around the water.
